Celebrity Real Estate Moves You Didn’t Expect in September

October 4, 2025

September isn’t just about pumpkin spice and back-to-school energy — it’s also turning out to be the season of celebrity home makeovers.

From disgraced actors to supermodels and even a former First Son, Hollywood’s biggest names are shaking up their real estate portfolios.

The month kicked off with Bill Cosby making headlines again — but this time, for his property.

On September 14, the former TV star listed one of his two New York townhouses for a staggering $29 million.

The move came just months after reports revealed that Cosby was facing foreclosure on both of his Manhattan homes, including the one still on the market.

While Cosby looks to offload his real estate, another familiar name is also making changes — Barron Trump, the 19-year-old son of former President Donald Trump.

The youngest Trump is said to have packed up from New York and moved into the White House with his parents.

Barron, who was studying at New York University, has reportedly transferred to NYU’s Washington, D.C. campus after spending his freshman year living in the iconic Trump Tower.

Meanwhile, another high-profile figure is parting ways with her longtime retreat. Yolanda Hadid, mother of supermodels Gigi and Bella Hadid, has listed her New Hope, Pennsylvania, farm for $10.88 million — a place she once called her “sanctuary.”

Yolanda bought the property eight years ago during one of the toughest periods of her life. After her divorce and ongoing battle with chronic Lyme disease, she said she needed peace and space away from the constant noise of city life.

“Eight years ago, after my divorce and years of battling Lyme disease, I needed to escape the chaos,” Hadid explained. “I wanted to reconnect with Mother Earth, just like when I was growing up in Holland.

When I found the farm, I parked my car on the main road and walked down the long driveway. The energy was unbelievable. I knew I was home even before I saw the buildings.”

Her emotional connection to the property makes the sale all the more personal. The farm became her place of healing — a slice of calm far removed from the spotlight her daughters shine in.

From Cosby’s multimillion-dollar townhouse to Hadid’s healing retreat, this September proves that even celebrities can’t resist the urge for a fresh start. Whether they’re moving for peace, prestige, or practicality, one thing’s clear — in Hollywood, change is always in season.
