October 1, 2025

SARATOGA SPRINGS — Get ready, home lovers! The 2025 Saratoga Showcase of Homes kicks off this weekend, offering visitors a chance to tour 12 stunning homes designed by 10 award-winning builders from across Saratoga County.

The popular event runs over two fall weekends — October 4–5 and October 11–12 — with tours open from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Builders featured this year include Abele Homes, Belmonte Builders, Kodiak Construction, Witt Construction, and several others.

How to Buy Tickets and Tour Hours Explained

Tickets cost $25 and can be purchased online at saratogashowcaseofhomes.com, at select retail locations, or directly at any showcase home during tour hours.

Each ticket comes with a bonus: visitors will receive a free commemorative tote bag at their first stop, while supplies last.

This year’s showcase goes beyond just walking through luxury homes. Guests will get to see unique projects built by local students.

At the Witt Construction home, students will present their “Boards to Blooms” planter-building project.

At the DeGraff Bloom Custom Builders home, visitors can tour a tiny cabin-style house designed and built by CTE Construction Trades/BOCES students.

These features give the event a creative twist, blending professional craftsmanship with student innovation.

Saratoga County Builders Bringing Award-Winning Designs

The event features 10 top builders, showcasing unique architectural styles and modern living spaces that reflect the best of Saratoga County’s housing market.

Now in its 29th year, the Saratoga Showcase of Homes isn’t just about touring beautiful houses — it’s about helping the community.

The event has already raised more than $1.6 million for local charities. Proceeds from this year will go to Rebuilding Together Saratoga County and Habitat for Humanity of Northern Saratoga, Warren, and Washington Counties.
