Former model and Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Yolanda Hadid is putting her Pennsylvania estate on the market.
The property, a 32-acre lavender farm in Solebury, is listed for $10.89 million, according to realtor Steven Dome’s website.
A Famous Farm with a Long History
Hadid bought the farm, once called Carousel Farm, for just under $4 million in 2017, property records show. The main house, built in the 1800s, is a 3,400-square-foot farmhouse with three bedrooms, five bathrooms, and cozy wood-burning fireplaces.
In addition to the main home, the estate includes three guest houses that push the total living space close to 7,000 square feet. There’s also an 8,000-square-foot stone barn, making it one of the most impressive properties in the area.
Why Yolanda Hadid Is Selling the Estate
Hadid told The Wall Street Journal she originally purchased the property to be closer to her children in New York City. But now that her kids live across the country, she plans to downsize.
Her children are no strangers to new addresses. Anwar Hadid has purchased multiple homes in California over the past five years.
Bella Hadid recently moved to Texas to be near her boyfriend, equestrian Adan Banuelos.
Gigi Hadid, linked to actor Bradley Cooper, now lives near the area too — Cooper bought a Solebury property in 2023.
Yolanda herself also bought a ranch in the Fort Worth, Texas area and gave Architectural Digest a tour of the property last year.
Celebrity Neighbors and Connections in Bucks County
The Hadids aren’t the only stars tied to Bucks County. Gigi’s former partner, singer Zayn Malik, owns a farm near Pipersville, where the two share custody of their daughter.
The Solebury estate also has deep roots in history. Before Yolanda bought it, the farm was owned by attorney David H. Braff. And according to the real estate listing, the land was originally deeded by William Penn in 1682.
The 32-acre lavender farm combines history, luxury, and celebrity charm. With multiple guest houses, a historic stone barn, and famous neighbors, it’s one of the most talked-about listings in Bucks County.
